It is composed of a casing, strainer, and cover with the press.
20 to 25 frames DB or around 40 frames LR can fit in one cycle of melting.
A gas burner is also included.

One cycle fits about 15 DB frames or about 15 LR frames.

Steam wax melter with the press (wood or gas)

The steam wax melter with the press is made entirely of Inox 304, the massive body enables the long life of the melter. The boiler is made of black sheet metal, designed to withstand high temperatures. The melter is attached to the boiler with screws and can be easily disassembled in case of need for transport.

Made entirely of INOX 304, 380V2x4kW heaters, and Two baskets that hold 25 frames in one cycle, the melter is divided into two chambers to reduce energy loss. At the same time, the wax is melted and the frames are disinfected. The baskets have handles and are easy to manipulate. It has a level switch in it that prevents the heaters from working in case of a lack of water. Possibility of heating in two regimes, weaker (4kW) and stronger (8kW). The melting pot is on wheels for easy manipulation.
